Do you store my prompts or responses? expand_more

No. By default, Exfira processes requests in-memory and does not persist prompt or response content. Only metadata (timestamps, token counts, latency) is stored for observability. You can opt into content logging for your own audit purposes.

Can I change plans at any time? expand_more

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

What LLM providers does Exfira support? expand_more

Exfira supports any OpenAI-compatible API endpoint out of the box — including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral, and self-hosted models via LiteLLM or similar proxies.
